IMPORTANT NOTICE – Changes to Ability’s Repairs Service
We have a new repairs contractor – the Mears Group. They took on all repairs, gas servicing and planned maintenance from 24 November.
The reason for changing our repairs contractor is that Richardson went into administration on 3 November so were no longer able to provide our repairs service. Mears have been carrying out our emergency repairs since 3 November.
We are working with Mears to get the repairs service fully operational again and clear the backlog of repairs. Please try not to contact the repairs service unless your repair is an emergency or urgent while we catch up.
