IMPORTANT NOTICE – Update on our repairs service
Regrettably our main repairs contractor went into administration last week. This came as a shock and we very much regret how this is affecting our customers. We have managed to put in place emergency measures with a new contractor called Mears Group, however at the moment Mears are only able to take emergency repair calls.
If you have an emergency repair please call Mears Group on 0203 589 30610203 589 3061 You can call this number at any time including out of hours.

We are currently negotiating a new contract and hope to have our full service up and running by 24th November 2014.

We are very sorry for this service disruption. If you are unsure about anything please contact your Housing Services Officer (whose number you have). In the meantime please bear with us; we are working very hard to get a full repairs service up and running as quickly as possible.
