Our ongoing support
We are committed to supporting every member of staff – by providing regular supervision throughout your employment and annual performance appraisals.
Within your first six weeks with us, we will take you through a well-structured, comprehensive, induction programme. It will give you the opportunity to visit our offices in Staines, to meet colleagues from all over the company and to get to know more about our values and working practices.
We also hold regular staff conferences and away-days and provide a lively staff intranet with interactive discussion boards. These are all designed to provide you with ongoing support.
We actively encourage all our colleagues to apply for roles that are more senior, or that help their personal development.
In fact, a large number of our current management team (including , three Service Managers and at least 10 Team Leaders) began their careers with us in more junior roles.
