What do Members do?
A member has a number of rights, including:
- Attending and voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- Receiving the annual accounts and auditor’s report
- Electing Board members
- Attending any Special General Meetings that may be required
Members are expected to act at all times in Ability’s interests and for the benefit of the wider community.
How do I become a Member?
