Leith Close

Overview

Leith Close was set up in 2000 as a supported accommodation to promote independent living of people with learning disabilities.
The accommodation is located at Leith Close which is just 5-7 minutes walk from Slough High Street and Slough Train Station and close to so many social amenities.
Staff are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide individually tailored support to the residents.
This service is a long term home for adults who have a learning disability and require support with their daily living skills and accessing the community. This service is registered with the Care Quality Commission under Sir Robert Mews and Your Ability Slough 1-690995076 to provide the regulated activity of personal care.
Ability has 12 flats and each flat has one bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge/ kitchen with provisions for a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Three of the flats are wheelchair accessible.
The building has three floors with two different main entrances and Ability customers and the members of the community live alongside each other. There is a big communal garden at the back of the building and enough parking spaces for tenants, staff and visitors.
