What do we want to hear from you?
We want to listen to your views and comments about our services because they can help us to learn from our mistakes and to improve our service delivery. Your feedback can include:
Complaints and concerns - particularly if you feel that your views are not being heard or responded to
Comments and suggestions - thoughts about how we currently perform and deliver – sometimes the simplest suggestions can lead to big improvements.
Praise - it's always good to hear that we are doing things right, and such feedback gives our staff the confidence to do more of what they do well and to improve where they can
