Ability's Customer Charter outlines our commitment to providing quality services to all of our customers and the level of service they can expect from us.
The Charter has been updated and in January 2007 was approved by the Plain English Campaign. The new Charter contains the Crystal Mark logo.
Our new look Tenant Newsletter has just been issued. We consulted widely with our tenants and service users, both in local forums and at the Tenants' Conference in October. They provided us with lots of suggestions and ideas which have been included in the new design.
Accessahome is a multi-authority on-line accessible housing register run by Ability Housing Association. It is designed to offer disabled people more housing options and increased choice about where they live.
