This is our second Annual Report to our customers. It looks at the areas we said we’d improve since last year and shows the progress we’ve made. It also highlights the areas we are going to work on in the next 12 months.

“Window” is the name of Ability’s new-look newsletter for tenants and service users.
Customer Charter – updated

Ability’s Customer Charter outlines our commitment to providing quality services to all of our customers and the level of service they can expect from us.
The Charter has been updated and in January 2007 was approved by the Plain English Campaign. The new Charter contains the Crystal Mark logo.
