Investors in People assessor finds Ability 'inspiring'

Ability has been accredited for the third time as an 'Investor in People', following a reassessment in January.

Our assessor thanked our staff and managers for 'being so inspiring'. In his report, the assessor commented that:

"The one thing that stood out above everything during this Review was the enthusiasm and commitment of everyone to who I spoke about the prevailing culture of support and leadership. There is a systematic yet responsive approach to helping people develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to deliver the Association’s aims."
