New Compliments & Complaints leaflet published

At Ability Housing Association, our aim is to provide all our tenants and the people who use our services with the best possible service. We are always trying to improve, so it is very important for us to know how we are doing.
If you have a problem, or things go wrong, we need you to tell us so we can investigate the matter and put things right.
We also like to hear when you are happy about any particular area of our work. It may be that we can try and put that idea into practice in other places. It’s always nice for our staff to know that they are appreciated.
The new Compliments & Complaints leaflet explains how to praise someone for a job well done and the best way to let us know about a problem.
